Rocks Through My Window, a work in progress

Who would have thunk?  For five years weekly writing classes were just that, learning to write a story.  Suddenly stories compile into a concept, then an idea for a book is born.

It takes a lot of time, courage and fortitude to commit to a book project. Few mothers would dare to write a story about their deepest feelings and heartbreaks for others to see. Much easier to confide with a friend, or retreat with a glass of wine. Yet, what is most personal is also what is most universal.
Many mothers will find much consolation in reading “Rocks Through My Window’ knowing that parenting often seems more challenging than rewarding. As Jeannie writes, “Just when you think you’re done with parenting, they move the finish line.”
The author clearly obtains her goal: to witness to the power of prayer, and to offer real hope to the reader that they are not alone or dysfunctional coping with family issues; and if “Gigi” can do it, so can others who believe in the power of love.
Jeannie tells a powerful story. Readers will be rooting for “Gigi” from one adventure to another and along the way, begin to root for themselves.

Knowing these first before you’re posting a chapter assist you in writing a focused, well-organized, compelling book that speaks directly for your potential buyer. Many people are lazy to write down their term papers as a result of lack of great interest.
